Jump Statistics Card

At the top of your logbook, you’ll find a customizable statistics card that provides an at-a-glance view of your skydiving career. This dynamic dashboard adapts to your needs, showing exactly the metrics that matter most to you.

Key Features

Customizable Counters
  • Choose from available metrics including total jumps, total freefall time, jumps by discipline, jumps by gear, and more
  • Drag and drop to reorder counters exactly how you want them displayed
  • Add or remove counters with a simple click—show only what’s relevant to your current goals
  • Counters automatically hide when they show zero values, keeping your dashboard clean
Smart Time Formatting
  • Track freefall time in seconds or minutes
  • View cumulative freefall time across all jumps
  • All time calculations respect your logbook settings
Opening Totals Support
  • When viewing all jumps, includes your opening totals from previous logbooks
  • Filtered views show only the totals for the selected jumps

The statistics card automatically updates based on any filters you apply to your jump logs. This means you can quickly see totals for specific disciplines, gear, date ranges, or any other criteria—perfect for tracking progression or preparing for license applications.

Table View

The default table view provides comprehensive details about each jump:
  • Date and Time – Full jump date and time
  • Location – Dropzone and location with flag indicators
  • Discipline – Type of jump (Formation Skydiving, Freeflying, Wingsuit, etc.)
  • Altitude – Exit altitude and deployment altitude
  • Freefall Time – Duration of freefall
  • Gear – Canopy, container, and equipment used
  • People – Instructors, coaches, jump partners
  • Attachments – Quick indicators for jumps with photos or videos

Calendar View

Switch to calendar view for a visual representation of your jumping activity:

Filters persist as you navigate, and you can bookmark filtered views using URL parameters. This makes it easy to create saved views for common queries like “All Formation Skydiving jumps this year” or “Jumps at Dropzone X.”

Batch Operations

Manage multiple jumps at once with powerful batch operations. Perfect for cleaning up duplicate entries, removing test data, or organizing large sets of jumps.

Batch Selection

  • Select Individual Jumps – Click checkboxes to select specific jumps
  • Select All – Quickly select all visible jumps (respects current filters)
  • Select Range – Use shift-click to select ranges of jumps
  • Visual Indicators – Selected jumps are clearly highlighted

Batch Delete

  • Select multiple jumps and delete them in one operation
  • Password confirmation required for security
  • See exactly how many jumps will be deleted before confirming
  • Batch operations are fast and efficient, even with hundreds of jumps
Batch delete operations cannot be undone. Always double-check your selections before confirming deletion. Consider exporting your data before performing large batch deletions.

Adding and Managing Jumps

Adding New Jumps

Click the Add Entry button to create a new jump log entry. The comprehensive jump dialog includes:
  • Basic Information – Date, time, location, dropzone
  • Jump Details – Altitude, freefall time, deployment altitude
  • Discipline – Type of jump and specific details
  • Gear – Canopy, container, AAD, altimeter, and other equipment
  • People Management – Add instructors, coaches, partners, tandem passengers
  • Custom Fields – Add organization-specific fields
  • Attachments – Upload photos, videos, or other files
  • Notes – Weather, conditions, objectives, achievements

Editing and Viewing

  • Quick View – Click any jump to view full details in read-only mode
  • Edit Mode – Click the edit icon to modify any jump entry
  • Inline Actions – Access common actions directly from the table
  • Bulk Updates – Use batch operations for common changes
